What is the security deposit amount?

Deposit amounts vary by property and are detailed in the lease. They are held in a separate escrow account per local regulations.

How do maintenance and repair requests work?

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through our online portal. Our team responds quickly to resolve any issues.

Do I need to create an account to use SkyNest?

While browsing listings is open to all, certain features — such as favoriting properties, accessing exclusive content, or sending inquiries — require an account. Creating an account is quick and free, and helps personalize your experience.

Is my data secure on SkyNest?

Yes. We use encrypted connections, secure user authentication, and offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account and data safe. We do not sell or share your personal information.

How do I enable location services to view nearby listings?
